Local bluegrass concert series

Seven Mountains Bluegrass Association has announced the first event in its new Showcase concert series featuring local bands.

The first show will feature The Carroll County (Maryland) Ramblers, 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, at Young’s UMC, 7075 Wertzville Road, Mechanicsburg.

Admission is $10 and food will be available.
