The York County Department of Parks & Recreation will host its program, Raptors Rising, Broadwings on the Move, 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at Rocky Ridge County Park, north overlook off of Oak Timbers parking area.

Raptor expert Randy Phillips will identify migrating birds of prey, including, hopefully, hundreds of migrating broadwing hawks.

Bring binoculars, a field guide and a lawn chair. Admission is free.
