ON THE BOARD

Kate Hynes

Attorney Kate Hynes, of Stock and Leader, Attorneys at Law, was elected president of the YWCA York Junior Board in June. Hynes, a native of Brookville, Pa., joined the Y’s Junior Board in 2012.

Attorney Gareth Pahowka, of Stock and Leader, Attorneys at Law, was named board president of Big Brothers Big Sisters York and Adams counties chapter. Pahowka served as a volunteer mentor for 11 years and was named the Pennsylvania Big Brother of the Year in 2014.

NEW HIRES

The York County Solid Waste Authority recently appointed Breezy Legore, of Thomasville, to the position of scalehouse weighmaster. Legore is responsible for weighing trucks at the Resource Recovery Center and recording necessary data.

Graham Architectural Products has announced the addition of three members to its team: Lynne Kile, director of aluminum materials processing; Christine Gohn, accounting supervisor; and Marc Ferrante, strategic project assistant.

ANNIVERSARY

White Rose Settlement Services Inc., 1441 E. Market St., is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The independently owned title insurance company first opened its doors on July 17, 1996, with one employee. It now operates in three states and has 13 employees.
