NEW DOCTOR

Dr. Ashley Zinda

Dr. Ashley Beth Zinda, a diagnostic cardiologist, has joined the Hanover Medical Group Cardiology practice. Zinda is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine.

NEW MANAGEMENT

PeoplesBank has announced that Scott R. Campagna has joined the company as senior vice president and chief information officer. Campagna is a graduate of Drexel and Temple universities and was previously employed as senior vice president, IT business relationship, at Fulton Financial Corporation.

York Habitat for Humanity has announced that Craig Hench has been named its new construction manager, replacing Steve Munchel, who was with the organization for 13 years. Hench founded his own construction business, Olde Forge Builders, in 2003 and previously served as a program executive for IBM.

PROMOTION

PeoplesBank has announced that Noelle Miller has been named a mortgage loan originator. Miller started as a client service representative in 2012 at the bank’s Jacobus Financial Center.
