RECOGNITION

The York County Alliance for Learning has named Kevin Appnel its new executive director. Appnel has served as the organization’s coordinator since November 2015. He was previously employed by YTI Career Institute and Northwestern Mutual.

Wagman recently welcomed Michael J. Konieczka and Jim Geary to its team. 

Konieczka has joined Wagman Construction’s York office as executive vice president.

Geary has been named corporate controller and is responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for all Wagman corporations.  He is working out of the corporate office in York.
