The Hampton Inn, Shrewsbury and York locations, received 2016 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence awards.

RECOGNITION

Spoutwood Farm has named Angela Nitchman its new farm manager. Nitchman previously grew a wide range of vegetables, flowers and herbs for Community Supported Agriculture and medicinal-share programs.

Barton Associates Inc., a mechanical, electrical and plumbing consulting engineering firm, recently hired Alex Ho as an electrical designer in its York office. Ho earned an Engineer-in-Training registration from the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists.

CGA Law Firm, 135 N. George St., York, has announced that attorney Jack M. Hartman has been elected a member of the firm. Effective July 1, he has also been named chairman of the firm’s litigation department.
