York City traffic advisory

York City has announced parking restrictions and a traffic advisory for its Bloom Art & Craft Market, 5-9 p.m. Friday, May 20, in the first block of West Philadelphia Street.

Vendors will have displays along the sidewalks and parking will be restricted from 3-9:30 p.m.

Motorists are encouraged to exercise patience and use extra caution due to the large number of participants attending the event.
