Author to talk about aging
Dr. William "Bill" Thomas will present The Journey to Embracing Aging, 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 23, at York College, Waldner Performing Arts Center.

The author, geriatrician, entrepreneur, musician, teacher, farmer and visionary will also sign copies of his book, “Second Wind,” at 10:30 a.m. The book is available for $20.
Thomas, one of the most innovative thinkers in medicine, explains that a new life phase is beginning to emerge within society. When the Baby Boomer generation came of age in the ‘60s and ‘70s, they jump-started a cultural revolution that shaped today's society.
The event is sponsored by the Hahn Home Fund of the York County Community Foundation’s Embracing Aging Initiative.
