The Children’s Aid Society, Southern PA District Church of the Brethren, has announced that Eric M. Chase, of York Township, has been appointed its new executive director.


The Law Offices of Dale E. Anstine have announced that Dave Pollick, a personal-injury attorney and managing partner, has received a Lawyers of Distinction Award from Lawyers of Distinction. Awardees are recognized for being in the top 10 percent of lawyers in the nation and must be nominated by existing members or the organization.


McConkey Insurance & Benefits has promoted Brenda L. Snyder, GBA, HIA, PHIAS, to senior benefits consultant. She joined McConkey in 2013 as a benefits consultant.


PACE Resources has announced that Scott Thomassy, of York, has been elected treasurer of its board. Thomassy serves as the company’s vice president and corporate controller. As treasurer, he is responsible for reporting financial updates to the board and for preparing and presenting the corporate budget.
