Chris Hertig, of Spring Garden Township, gave presentations on active threats and career planning in criminal justice to the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Justice Educators, and then The Active Threat Training Gap to the International Law Enforcement Educators & Trainers Association in Chicago.

Reinsel Kuntz Lesher, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, was number 67 in Accounting Today's 2016 Top 100 Firms list, placed 18th in its 30 Pacesetters for Growth list and was named the 14th largest CPA firm in the mid-Atlantic region.


The Bon-Ton Stores has announced that Debra K. Simon has been elected to its board. The wife of Tim Grumbacher, chairman of the board and strategic initiatives officer, Simon retired in 2015 after serving as a CPA for 32 years.


New employees at Graham Architectural Products are David Conway, independent sales representative, and Derek Ober, project documentation coordinator.


Taylor Caterbone, who started her career at Graham Architectural Products three years ago as a staff accountant, has been promoted to cost accountant.

PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Co., has announced that Diane E. Baker, CPA, has been promoted to chief risk officer. Baker previously served as an accountant, the auditor and senior vice president, enterprise risk management officer.
