The American Red Cross has announced blood drives in York County.

Busy schedules over the holidays led to a sharp drop in donations of blood and platelets, according to the American Red Cross.

Dallastown: 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at St. Joseph's Church, 251 E. Main St.

Dover: 1:30-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, at Friendship Community Church, 3380 Fox Run Road.

Hanover: 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturdays and 1-6:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at Greater Hanover Donation Site, 529 Carlisle St.

Mount Wolf: 2-6:30 p.m. Monday, April 4, at Christ Lutheran Starview, 4600 N. Sherman St. Extended.

York: 1:30-7 p.m. Friday, April 8, at Heritage Hills Golf Resort, 2700 Mount Rose Ave.; 1-6:30 p.m. Monday, April 11, at the York County American Red Cross, 724 S. George St.; and 1:30-6:30 p.m. Monday, April 11, at Grace Fellowship Church, 1405 Seven Valleys Road.
