What the Food Trucks takes over York City's Penn Park, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, for the annual food truck extravaganza. This year, 40 food trucks will dish out everything from barbecue to gourmet reubens to meatballs to Latin-Asian foods, as well as ice cream, funnel cakes, cupcakes and so much more, to an expected crowd of 20,000.
