DreamWrights presents "All in the Timing," Nov. 10-11.

DreamWrights Center for Community Arts inaugurates its new studio space with "All in the Timing," Nov. 10-11. The production is a collection of short, one-act plays by David Ives, including "Sure Thing," "Words, Words, Words" and "The Philadelphia," brought to life by a cast of community leaders. Comedian Shawn Banks

Get ready to laugh out loud with comedian Shawn Banks at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10, in the Capitol Theatre at the Appell Center for the Performing Arts, 50 N. Get a little spoiled as Hanover Little Theatre presents "Funny, You Don't Look Like a Grandmother," Nov. 10-19 at the theater, 360 Blooming Grove Road, Hanover. Some of the fluffiest competitors of the year will make their way to the York Expo Center for the Pennsylvania Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association Breeders Showcase, Nov. 11-12. Hundreds of the lovable animals will be judged on conformation and fleece quality, and young handlers will compete in costume and obstacle classes. The Mason-Dixon Wine trail presents the Ninth Annual Wine Just Off the Vine event, Nov. 11-12 and 18-19 at 16 vineyards throughout southcentral Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. The event celebrates the fall harvest, and each stop will offer a unique tasting experience and light food items. Tickets: $20, includes a souvenir wine glass. See artists at work and working on a deadline at Creative York's Monster Drawing Rally, 6-9:30 pm. Wednesday, Nov. 15, at Central Market York. More than 30 artists will create artwork in a variety of media, with a variety of subjects, in front of a live audience, and audience members can silently bid on the works being created.
