Celebrate the outdoor treasures of the Susquehanna River with Shank's Mare's Seventh Annual Art & Outdoor Fest, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday at Shank's Mare Outfitters,2092 Long Level Road. The free festival features local artists, music, food and local outdoor, historic and cultural organizations with information about the wide array of activities and programs in the area. Check out the latest additions to the Spring Grove Community Park — including a dog park — during Paws, Pubs & Grubs, 3-7 p.m. Saturday at the park, 205 E. Railroad St. The new additions include a sand volleyball court and basketball court. Food trucks, live music and a beer garden are all planned for the event. The Third Annual Equality Fest is noon-6 p.m. Sunday at Penn Park. The afternoon includes music, breakdancing, drag queens, spoken word and speakers promoting unity, celebration and family-friendly fun.
