August First Friday in York
This month's theme for First Friday in downtown York is Sidewalk Sale, with lots of activities and sales on sidewalks all around the downtown area from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday.
Here are some highlights:

CreativeYork, 10 N. Beaver St., will turn the sidewalk into an underwater chalk scene.
At CoWork 155, 155 W. Market St., make a sailboat and enter in the sidewalk sailboat races at 6:30 and 7:30 p.m.
See a free showing of "Toy Story," 7 p.m. at the Capitol Theatre, 50 N. George St.
At Royal Square, check out the HIVE artspace Life Aquatic exhibit and enter to win a betta fish, 126 E. King St.
