What's happening in York this weekend
The York County Heritage Trust gets its brew on for History Untapped: An Artisan Beer Affair, 5-9 p.m. Saturday at the Agricultural and Industrial Museum, 217 W. Princess St. The 19th annual event will go small this year to focus on a smaller crowd, talking with the brewers and pairing up unique food and beer combinations. Along with the local Liquid Hero, beers will come from Neshaminy Creek in Philadelphia, New Belgium in North Carolina and other craft brewers, while noshes will be supplied by Ironic, Victor's Italian Restaurant, Blue Moon, Mudhook and Pepper's Grille. Enjoy a film noir classic at 7 p.m. on Saturday as the Capitol Theatre, 50 N. George St.,York, presents the Humphrey Bogart drama "The Maltese Falcon." Rated: PG. Tickets: $7. Information: mystrandcapitol.org.

The Penn Park Splash Pad will open for the season on Monday. The water feature in York City's Penn Park will operate noon-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon-3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday through the summer, weather permitting.
