The 2016 summer concert season has arrived, and York County fans can catch their favorite artists performing at some of the region’s premiere music venues all summer long.

Paul McCartney, Elton John, Beyonce, Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffett and many more are scheduled to perform around the region this summer.

In addition to regular concerts, several of the region’s most celebrated music festivals will return to the area with brand new lineups. Music lovers can catch the Mixtape fest, XpoNential Music fest, Vans Warped Tour, The Roots Picnic and many more this summer.

Central Pennsylvania:

Mixtape Festival brings together some of the most iconic pop artists of the 1980s and '90s for one day of entertainment at Hersheypark Stadium.

New Kids on the Block, Boyz II Men, 98 Degrees, O-Town and Paula Abdul will be performing some of pop music’s greatest hits from the Generation X era.

Vans Warped Tour will return to Merriweather Post Pavillion in Columbia, Maryland, in July with its signature mix of indie, pop-punk and hardcore music.

Fan favorites Less Than Jake, Newfound Glory, Pepper, Sum 41 and many more will take the stage for hours of all-ages entertainment.

Philadelphia:

XPoNential Music Festival gives fans and supporters of the independent radio station a chance to see some of the biggest names in indie, americana and alternative music.

Ryan Adams, Alabama Shakes, Brandi Carlile, Gary Clark Jr. and Old Crow Medicine Show are among the artists who will take the stage at the Camden Waterfront for three days in July.

Philly’s own The Roots will take a break from their gig as the house band for "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" to play their annual Roots Picnic at the Festival Pier in Philadelphia.
