October's First Friday theme is Eat, Drink and Be Scary, and downtown York has plenty of fall fun for all ages. First Friday encompasses the entire downtown area and is organized by Downtown Inc and sponsored by WellSpan Health.

Some highlights:

The Art & Framing Warehouse will host an exhibit and sale of paintings by Valentin Acosta of the Dominican Republic, 6-9 p.m., 147 W.
