The artwork of Nancy Wiseman and her students will be on display through Sept. 25 at Mason-Dixon Public Library, 250 Bailey Drive, Stewartstown. Wiseman paints in the style of the Dutch masters and teaches adult painting classes at the library and at the York Art Association. The exhibit opens with a reception, 6-8 p.m. Friday at the library. Food trucks return to York City for the fourth foodstruck event, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday at Penn Park. The event will bring 40 food trucks to the park with everything from barbecue, burgers, burritos and tacos to seafood, souvlaki, falafel, pizza and kimchi. For those with a sweet tooth, there will be a variety of ice cream, smoothies, cupcakes, cookies, funnel cakes and more, plus the beer garden will have craft beers, wine and wine slushies. Take a challenge at the Nixon County Park scavenger hunt, 2:30-4 p.m. Sunday. Participants will get a scavenger hunt booklet and pencil and hit the trail to find answers and maybe win a prize. Information:

Two local chefs will compete in the Chef Challenge with you as the judge, 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at YorKitchen in Central Market. The chefs will create dual interpretations of three courses starring a mystery ingredient. They will have 30-45 minutes to prepare each course, and each guest will have six plates of food to try.
