Downtown York ends Boutique Week with a special First Friday event, 5-9 p.m. Friday, featuring trunk shows at shops along North Beaver Street.

The event also features specials and deals from restaurants and retailers throughout the downtown area.

Some highlights:

7Central Market will feature a "Frozen" event with Anna and Elsa, 6-8 p.m., featuring photo booths and runway fun for princesses.

7Baltimore Sun baseball writer Dan Connolly will sign copies of his new book, "100 things Orioles Fans Should Know & Do Before They Die" at CGA Law Firm, 135 N. George St.

7Royal Square will be a haven for fashion and foodies with food trucks, live music, more trunk shows and exhibits opening at The Parliament and HIVE artspace on East King Street.

7"Color It York" coloring books will be for sale at Prime Art Supply, 128 E. King St.
