A police statement Tuesday said the suspects, all Greeks, allegedly cost copyright owners some (EURO)65 million ($85 million) in lost revenues from the pirated material.
One woman was arrested in the northern city of Thessaloniki on Monday, and police are seeking another two men.
The police statement said the website charged members a monthly subscription and made "very substantial sums" in advertising fees and commissions for directing their clients to online betting sites.
