First Friday

Holiday festivities
The 15th annual Boar's Head Festival at Grace United Methodist Church, 37 N. Broad St., York, will offer two performances showcasing the sights, sounds, food and people of a pre-Elizabethan English celebration of Epiphany. The feast ends with a retelling of the birth of the Christ child. The free performances start at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday. Information: (717) 843-8573.
Home tour
The York Twinning Association's Twelfth Night Holiday Home Tour lasts from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday and takes visitors across centuries, starting with the 1761 Cookes House. Free concert
Croatian folk style comes to Martin Library, 159 E. Market St., York, when Kolo Club Marian performs at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, in a show sponsored by the Susquehanna Folk Music Society. Take a hike
The York County Parks annual Cabin Fever hiking series begins with the Winter Scavenger Hike from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at Rocky Ridge County Park in Springettsbury Township.
