WEEKEND SPORTS
All 22 York-Adams League football teams will take to the field this weekend, with nine games on Friday night and two more on Saturday. The feature game of the weekend is York High at Spring Grove. Both teams are 2-0 in York-Adams Division I action.
Williams Grove Speedway wraps up its 2012 schedule with the “Fall Fest” on Friday night. The program offers invitations to the top 24 drivers in each of the track's four classes of racing. The 410 sprints, 358 sprints, super sportsmen and limited-late models will each have a feature event that evening. Action starts at 7:30 p.m.

The Haunted Historical Tour of downtown York promises ghost stories, folklore and legends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Halloween, Wednesday, Oct. 31.
