Angel Blanco-Hernandez, a 35-year-old York City man, was on his way to pick up his kids from school on Oct. 7 when a 19-year-old man driving a stolen car fled from police and hit Blanco Hernandez's Ford Escort wagon, killing him. The crash has caused some to question the city police department's pursuit policy, even as state police and city officers continue to investigate.   Full Story
