Of 136 people who participated, 76 -- or 55.88 percent -- did not, saying the United Way is trying to force its own views on the Scouts. Fifty-five -- or 40.44 percent -- agreed, asking why United Way should have to support an organization with views contrary to its own. Five people -- 3.67 percent -- were unsure.
