Gov. Tom Corbett's proposed budget slashes funding for social services by 20 percent, while cutting business taxes by about $275 million. We asked what you thought of his plan.
Of 185 people who participated, 112 -- or 60.54 percent -- said if we can't pay for the social programs, we have to cut them. And cutting business taxes will spur economic growth and eventually increase tax revenue so we can properly fund social services.
Seventy-three people -- 39.45 percent -- said the governor is putting business interests above Pennsylvania's most vulnerable citizens.
