A York City man remains in prison for allegedly stabbing a house guest who interceded in a domestic dispute, police said.
Timothy Alan Henderson, 40, of 590 W. King St., is charged with aggravated assault, attempted simple assault, cocaine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He remains in York County Prison on $15,000 bail, according to court records.
He allegedly attacked his roommate and stabbed his house guest about 9:50 p.m. Saturday at his home, according to York City Police Lt. Troy Bankert.
Henderson got into a physical altercation with roommate Faith Angela Holy, 40, with whom he has a relationship, Bankert said.
He choked the woman, leaving red marks on her neck, and also gave her a bloody lip, according to charging documents.
House guest Dylan Wilson, 25, tried to stop Henderson's attack on Holy, but that merely redirected Henderson's ire, documents state.
Henderson stabbed Wilson twice — once in the chest and once on his left side — and also caused superficial cuts to Wilson's neck, according to Bankert.
Wilson escaped life-threatening injury and was treated at York Hospital, the lieutenant said.
It is unclear if Henderson has retained an attorney.
