The York College golf team finished Day 2 of the prestigious Hershey Cup in 10th place out of 15 teams on a very rainy and raw Monday.

The events was played at the Hershey Country Club East Course. The Spartans were one of just four teams to improve on their Day 1 score. York shot a team score of 324 on Monday, two strokes better than Sunday's performance. York moved up two spots, passing Gettysburg and Susquehanna.

McDaniel College shot a tournament-best 300 on Monday to win the team title by 10 strokes over St. John Fisher. The Green Terror won the championship with a total score of 606.

David Boslough led the Spartans. He fired a 7-over-par 78, matching his Day 1 total. Boslough finished tied for 16th in the 81-player field. York's Ryan Wolbach improved on his Day 1 score, shooting an 81. Wolbach finished tied for 46th with his 164. Kevin Long finished tied for 51st after shooting 85 on Monday, finishing with a two-day total of 165. Anthony Wagner was York's fourth finisher. He placed two strokes back of Long with a 167 after shooting an 82 on Monday.
