Dover High School graduate Aniella Janosky has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Female Freshman Swimmer of the Year.

Janosky, who swims for Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned All-America honors with a fifth-place finish in the women's 200-meter butterfly at the NCAA Division II Championship with a time of 2 minutes, 2.55 seconds. The freshman also placed 12th at the national meet in the 100 butterfly with a time of :56.09. Janosky won the 200 fly at the PSAC Championship thanks to a time of 2:03.31. At the conference championship, Janosky helped her relay teams to three second-place finishes (200 medley, 200 freestyle, 400 medley) and a pair of third-place finishes (400 freestyle, 800 freestyle).
