Ryan Beck and Jared Mummert proved to be a tough one-two combination for the Dover boys' basketball team on Monday night.

Beck poured in 25 points and Mummert had 21 to power the Eagles to a 68-53 non-league victory over visiting East Pennsboro. Mummert had five 3-pointers, while Beck had two.

Zach Workman added 11 points for the winners.

Dover outscored East Pennsboro in each quarter to slowly pull away.

Ben Barley had a game-high 30 points for East Pennsboro, including four 3-pointers.

Dover improved to 9-12 overall. East Pennsboro fell to 8-13.

OTHER BOYS' BASKETBALL

BIGLERVILLE 59, CHRISTIAN SCHOOL OF YORK 52: At Christian School of York, the Canners led by seven at the end of the first half (27-20) and went on to capture the non-league victory. Zack Sheets led the Canners with 30 points, while teammate Koby Griest scored 10. For the Crusaders, O.B. Gesese scored 14 points, while Bryce Zirkle scored 12.

TWIN VALLEY BIBLE ACADEMY 80, RED LION CHRISTIAN 46: At Twin Valley, Jake Myers had 31 points and 10 rebounds for the Swordsmen, but it wasn't nearly enough.

MANHEIM CENTRAL 60, SPRING GROVE 37: At Manheim, the Rockets trailed 35-18 at the half and were unable to recover, dropping the non-league contest. Nick Spangler led the Rockets with 11 points.
