The Mason-Dixon Public Library is selling a new cookbook, "A Cook's Library," as a fundraising project

Brenda Gibbs of Hopewell Township has an ice cream cake recipe in the book and she shows how it's made in the video.

The cookbook sells for $14. People can get them at the library or at Shaw's Orchard. Or, order by mail by sending a check for $18 (the price of the book, plus shipping) to Mason-Dixon Public Library, 250 Bailey Drive, Stewartstown 17363.
