JEFFERSON -- Jay Sallstom, of Mankato, Minn., swept the Unlimited and Xtreme classes at the White Rose Motorcycle Club's AMA Pro Hill Climb on Sunday.

Sallstrom, riding a Yamaha, made it to the top in 7.86 seconds to win the Unlimited competition. He posted a time of 7.83 seconds in winning the Xtreme class.

Nicholas Bleau, of Cherry Valley, Mass., won the Pro Sport class in a time of 9.77.

Phil Libhart, of East Petersburg (Lancaster County), finished second in the Unlimited and fourth in the Xtreme.

York's Devin Sweitzer took sixth in the Pro Sport Class.

Following are second through fifth-place finishers in each class:

---Xtreme -- 1. Sallstom; 2. Anthony DeHart, Niles, Mich., Honda, 8.03; 3. Koester, 8.07; 4. Libhart, 8.17; 5. Green, 8.20.

---Pro Sport -- 1. Bleau; 2. Nick Drummer, Portage, Pa., Honda, 10.04; 3. Josh Kobel, Holden, Mass., Kawasaki, 10.15; 4. Angie Farnsworth, Dorchester, N.H., KTM, 10.28; 5. Molly Carbon, Bellingham, Mass., Honda, 10.61.

The next AMA hill climb at Jefferson is scheduled for Sept. 29.
