The Penn State football program has picked up its second verbal commitment in two days.

On Tuesday, Philadelphia wideout Will Fuller committed to the Nittany Lions. That comes one day after Florida defensive back Neiko Robinson said he'll attend Penn State.

Fuller is a 6-foot, 1-inch, 170-pounder who is rated a four-star recruit (on a five-star scale) by Scout.com and a three-star recruit by Rivals.com.

Fuller attends Roman Catholic High School. He becomes the 10th verbal commitment for Penn State's 2013 recruiting class.

Fuller, who made his commitment known on Facebook, also reportedly had offers from Boston College, Temple and Rutgers, among others.
