A highly-touted New Jersey defensive tackle has become the seventh verbal commitment in Penn State's 2013 football recruiting class.

Greg Webb from Timber Creek High School in Sicklerville made his decision public on Thursday.

Webb is a 6-foot, 2-inch 290 pounder who is rated a four-star recruit, on a five-star scale, by both Rivals.com and Scout.com.

According to Rivals.com, Webb is the sixth-best defensive tackle prospect in the nation. Scout.com has him rated No. 10.

He also had offers from numerous other big-time schools, including Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Michigan.
