Curtis Cothran, a defensive end from Council Rock North High School, has given a verbal commitment to Penn State.

The 6-foot, 5-inch, 245-pounder is not yet rated by recruiting services scout.com or rivals.com.

Cothran reportedly had offers from Rutgers, Sryacuse, Boston College, Temple, Virginia and Maryland.
