York-Adams League athletes dominated the District 3 Class AA Boys' Volleyball All-Star Teams.
The local league collected six of the eight selections on both the first and second teams, and three of the nine third-team picks. Overall, York-Adams players garnered 15 of the 25 all-star spots.
York Suburban captured the District 3-AA team title over Dover, while Northeastern finished third.
The local players who earned first-team honors were: Ryan Lamparter, Dover, senior, opposite; Cody Deiter, York Suburban, senior, setter; Steven Braswell, Northeastern, junior, outside hitter; Tyler Lehman, Dover, senior, outside hitter; Fred Gard, York Suburban, senior, outside hitter; and Jacob Kauffman, York Suburban, sophomore, middle hitter/outside hitter.
The area's second-team all-stars were: Ted Hinnenkamp, York Suburban, senior, opposite; Luke Braswell, Northeastern, sophomore, setter; Jaryd Eshler, York Suburban, senior, outside hitter; Ean Julius, Dover, senior, middle hitter; Devin Soop, Northeastern, freshman, libero; and Nate Ellis, Kennard-Dale, junior, middle hitter/outside hitter.
Making the third-team from the area were: Dylan Tessier, Kennard-Dale, junior, middle hitter/outside hitter; Thomas Bonitz, Susquehannock, senior, outside hitter; and Jon Rouse, Susquehannock, senior, setter.
