The Dover boys' volleyball team stepped out of the York-Adams League on Monday night and came away with a 25-13, 25-16, 25-16 victory over visiting Lancaster Mennonite.
The Eagles, who sit in second place in the York-Adams League standings, got big statistical nights from Tyler Lehman (15 kills, four digs), Brandon Krone (29 assists, seven digs), Tyler Wiley (16 digs), Brendan Warren (nine digs, four kills) and Ryan Lamparter (eight kills, six digs).
Dover also won the junior varsity match, 25-10, 25-20.
OTHER BOYS' VOLLEYBALL
LOWER DAUPHIN 3, SPRING GROVE 0: At Spring Grove, the Falcons won the non-league match, 25-13, 25-17, 30-28. Aaron Hoff led the Rockets with 14 kills, three blocks and three digs. Drew Blecher had 19 assists and four digs for the Rockets, while Dalton Hall had nine digs and Dalton Forbes had three kills. Lower Dauphin won the JV match, 25-23, 25-21.
CEDAR CREST 3, WEST YORK 1: At West York, the Bulldogs dropped a 20-25, 25-18, 25-20, 25-18 non-league decision to Cedar Crest. Bryce Love (14 kills, 14 digs), Brett Strickler (19 assists, seven digs), Mitch Grimm (15 digs) and Josh Rinehart (17 digs, nine kills, three aces) led the Bulldogs.
