The Dallastown boys' lacrosse team is still unbeaten.

But its win on Monday at West York came with more than a few anxious moments.

The Wildcats downed the Bulldogs 11-9, but West York led going into the final period, 8-7.

Jacob Mitchell powered the Dallastown attack with five goals and two assists. Tanner Ierley added three goals for the winners, while Joseph Didusch chipped in two goals and an assist. Patrick Conroy had a goal and an assist for Dallastown.

Klayton Garman and Tanner Gerace each had three goals and an assist to spark West York. Nick Wilker added two goals and an assist, while Forrest Cherry had one goal and one assist.

Dallastown, the York-Adams League Division I leader, improved to 13-0 overall and 11-0 in league action. West York, which came in leading Division II, fell to 8-3 overall and 7-3 in the league.

OTHER BOYS' LACROSSE

CENTRAL 15, SUSQUE HANNOCK 6: At Glen Rock, Ian Desenberg, Max Haldeman and C.J. Belker accounted for all of the Central scoring. Desenberg racked up six goals, Haldeman had five and Belker collected four. Nate Troupe and Brent Mayne delivered three assists apiece for the Panthers. Thomas Nace scored two goals for Susquehannock, and Zach Speights contributed a goal and two assists. John Chamberlin assisted on three of the Warriors' goals. Central improved to 8-3 overall and 7-2 in York-Adams Division I. Susquehannock fell to 6-5 overall and 6-4 in Division II.

GIRLS' LACROSSE

WEST YORK 19, DAL LASTOWN 6: At Dallastown, the Bulldogs rolled behind big efforts from Allee Ilgenfritz (seven goals, four assists), Karli Breeden (six goals, one assist) and Sara Sweitzer (three goals, three assists). Breann Young had three goals for the Wildcats.

SUSQUEHANNOCK 21, CENTRAL YORK 7: At Central, Brit Boyer, Bri Boyer and Brooke Clasing each scored three goals to power the Warriors. Lauren Tennant, Katelyn Welch and Ashley Valway each added two goals for the winners. Jessica Ames and Lydia Becker scored twice apiece for the Panthers.

KENNARD-DALE 16, RED LION 5: At Red Lion, the Rams kept right on rolling through the York-Adams schedule, improving their unblemished record to 10-0. Nicole Black led the Fawn Grove team with three goals and an assist. Morgan Day also had three goals for the winners, and Abbie Pietra, Briana Gress, Lyndsey Duty and Taylor Davis supplied two goals apiece. Ashton Leftridge delivered a goal and an assist. Red Lion's Sierra Donovan scored one goal and assisted on another.
