Patrick Albright and Adam Hack combined to win the No. 2 doubles match in straight sets to lift York Catholic to a 4-3 boys' tennis victory over Delone Catholic on Wednesday.

Hack, Matt Koury and Chris Deats earned singles points for the Fighting Irish. Deats' win at No. 5 singles came in three sets.

Kevin Shultis and Adam Fisher earned singles wins for Delone at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively. Each of the Squires' singles wins also came in three sets.

York Catholic improved to 5-3 overall and 3-2 in York-Adams Division II. Delone fell to 3-6 and 1-4.

OTHER BOYS' TENNIS

SUSQUEHANNOCK 5, HANOVER 2: At Hanover, Zach Hanson, Dan Ferraro, Shane Bookhultz and Paul Orndorff earned straight-set singles wins to sew up the win for Susquehannock. Ferraro and Bookhultz also teamed to win No. 2 doubles. Susquehannock improved to 8-3 overall and 4-1 in York-Adams Division II.

LITTLESTOWN 4, NORTHEASTERN 0: At Littlestown, the Thunderbolts received singles victories from Averey Smith, Nate Bowers, Joel Crawmer and Jordan Abell to capture the York-Adams Division II match. The No. 5 singles match and two doubles matches were canceled because of the weather.

SOUTH WESTERN 5, YORK HIGH 0: At Small Athletic Field, the Mustangs received singles victories from Mack Meyer, Anthony Miserendino, Quin Meyer, Brandon Stremmel and Noah Staub. Because of rain, the doubles matches were not completed. South Western improved to 6-0 in the York-Adams Division I and is in sole possession of first.
