The York Catholic golf team sewed up the York-Adams Division III championship on Wednesday afternoon at Honey Run Golf Club.

It's the first division title for the Fighting Irish since 2009.

Nick Geiman led York Catholic with a 1-under-par 71. He tied Fairfield's Isaiah Logue for medalist honors.

The Irish finished Wednesday's event with a 407 team total, which was 19 shots better than second-place Delone Catholic. Jacob Mueller led the Squires with a 78.

Only three players broke 80 at Honey Run.

Hanover (466) came in third place.
