MUNHALL, Pa.—A Pittsburgh-area man has been arrested and charged with a shooting outside a strip club that left one man dead.

Authorities say 23-year-old Paul Barone of Munhall was arrested Sunday. He's being held without bond in the Alleghany County Jail.

Barone allegedly shot 32-year-old John Sumpter of Wilkinsburg at about 4 a.m. Sunday. Sumpter was found dead in his car outside the Munhall club.

Authorities say a surveillance camera observed Barone firing shots towards the car. Barone allegedly attempted to flee in another car but was stopped by police.

Barone is facing homicide and illegal possession of a firearm charges.

A preliminary hearing is set for March 8. No attorney was listed on court papers.
