READING, Pa.—A 19-year-old Reading woman has been charged with sexually abusing a 9-year-old boy she baby-sat.

Police say Jalissa D. Baez sexually assaulted the boy on numerous occasions between March and June while she was alone baby-sitting him. The boy's father was away at work when the alleged assaults took place.

The Reading Eagle reports ( http://bit.ly/Yj5wNw) that Baez was arraigned Thursday on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent assault and related counts. She is jailed on $25,000 bail.

It's not clear if Baez has an attorney. A message left at a phone listing for Baez was not returned Friday.
