DOYLESTOWN, Pa.—A man has been ordered to stand trial on murder and related charges in a suburban Philadelphia crash that killed a 9-year-old girl and severely injured her grandmother on Thanksgiving Eve.

The (Doylestown) Intelligencer ( http://bit.ly/YEjVm4) says a Bucks County district judge on Wednesday ordered the case against 38-year-old Drew Bodden of Plumstead moved to county court.

Prosecutors allege that Bodden's modified car was going between 142 and 154 mph when it hit an SUV on Route 611 in Doylestown on Nov. 21, killing fourth-grader Holly Huynh. Bodden is charged with third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault and related counts.

Defense attorney Colin Jenei said the evidence shows a high rate of speed, but his client was "acting like a reckless juvenile, not with a hardness of heart."
