Court papers show that 50-year-old Stacy Lee Shipley and 49-year-old Sheila Ann Cook, both of Charleroi, are facing a variety of charges, including felony theft, receiving stolen property, and misdemeanor forgery. That's about 30 miles south of Pittsburgh.
Authorities say they were charged after Charleroi school officials reported that money was missing from the cafeteria fund. The school performed an audit and determined that starting in August 2010, $93,987 was missing.
Shipley's attorney didn't immediately return a call seeking comment, and a message left at a listing for Cook wasn't immediately returned.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 25.
