PHILADELPHIA—The reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspects who abducted a 5-year-old Philadelphia girl now stands at $80,000 and police say there's a third person they've identified as a "person of interest" in the case.

Capt. John Darby of the Special Victims Unit said on Monday that police are looking for a 14- to 17-year-old girl who may be named "China." The victim told police the teen was in the house where she was held after the kidnapping.

Authorities say the little girl was abducted Jan. 14 from her elementary school. A passer-by found her early the next morning shivering and partially clothed on a playground about a mile away.

Police have been asking for the public's help in identifying the female abductor and a male accomplice.
