HILLTOWN, Pa.—Police have released the name of a man killed during a home invasion in an upscale Philadelphia suburb, but have yet to find two suspects who are considered "armed and dangerous."

Authorities say the incident happened shortly before 10:30 a.m. Friday at a sprawling home in Hilltown Township, about 35 miles north of Philadelphia. Police say 48-year-old Joseph Canazaro was fatally shot and that a woman and young child who also lived there were tied up in the basement of the home. They suffered minor injuries but were able to get free and to a neighbor's, where 911 was called.

Police say the suspects took bank books and weapons before driving away in in a black Lincoln pickup.

The FBI and federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are also investigating.
