Allegheny County police have charged 20-year-old Julian Sims with four counts of aggravated assault and other crimes for the shooting early Jan. 1 in McKeesport.
Police say Sims was one of four men who crashed the party about 3 a.m. and then got angry when they were asked to leave.
Police say Sims shot three people in their legs or feet and another person in the abdomen. All survived.
Online court records don't list an attorney for Sims who was awaiting arraignment Thursday evening. He was arrested hours earlier in Braddock which, like McKeesport, is a crime-ridden Pittsburgh suburb.
