The Intelligencer reports ( http://bit.ly/V7cnuW) that disposition was issued after a hearing Tuesday before a juvenile court judge.
Bucks County Juvenile Probation Chief Robert Stanzione says the boy will spend his time in a program focused on decision-making. The boy will also receive counseling and must perform 100 hours of community service.
In December, prosecutors say the teen admitted in juvenile court to threatening to shoot students and staff at Council Rock High School South. He's been at a juvenile detention center since his arrest Dec. 20.
