WORMLEYSBURG, Pa.—The couple who are collecting nearly $200 million from the second-largest lottery jackpot in U.S. history grew up in the Harrisburg suburbs.

Matt Good's stepmother Charlotte said Monday he was raised in Wormleysburg and attended Cedar Cliff High School in Camp Hill.

Charlotte Good, a retired state Revenue Department employee, says Matt told his father Ray about the big windfall in a phone call on Saturday.

She says Matt is "out of sight" and told his father he'd be in touch.

Arizona lottery officials say Matt and his wife took a payout of $192 million from the Nov. 28 drawing. Charlotte Good says Matt's wife is from Camp Hill.

Matt Good grew up in a modest house in a working class block in Wormleysburg, across the Susquehanna River from Harrisburg.
