HAZLETON, Pa.—Authorities in northeastern Pennsylvania are looking for a man caught twice on surveillance video trying to break into a state Superior Court judge's office.

Judge Correale Stevens jokes that he can't understand why someone would want to break into a court office, unless they want to know how long they're going to be in jail.

WNEP-TV reports ( http://bit.ly/SBAhtw) the man makes a second attempt to force open the door, this time carrying a television stolen from a business office downstairs. A woman can be seen in the background.

The judge said there is a doctor's office in the building and maybe the burglar was looking for drugs.

Stevens is showing the video to local district magistrates in case the man on the video is someone they've seen in court.
